My name is Charlie, I am 60 years old. I am a care coordinator for people living with developmental disabilities. On November 2nd I fell from low blood pressure and crushed a vertebra in my lower spine. I have had surgery and rehab and am home now receiving OT and PT. It's a journey but I will walk again.

However, earlier this year I fell on the Ice and broke my shoulder also requiring surgery. My resources have dwindled, and disability is not enough. I am humbly asking for help with living expenses. anything will help and be appreciated.
