Charlie was an amazing man; he helped everyone and anybody. He cared for everyone until his last breath. Charlie was diagnosed with lung cancer in June 2023 and was in recovery, then was re-diagnosed with lung cancer again in June 2025.

The cancer progressed rapidly, and he had his last and final days in hospice, surrounded by his wife Robin, his stepdaughter Tempest, his grandson Buddy and his close friend Leah.

He will be cremated and have a wake.
