I'm fundraising on behalf of my partner, Charlie, who is continuing his medical transition with top surgery. I'm so incredibly proud of the strength and courage he's shown on this journey and want to help him reach the next step in his transition.

Charlie has been navigating this path with so much patience and resilience and top surgery will be life-changing for him, allowing him to live more authentically and comfortably in his own skin.

However, the costs of consultations, ongoing care, hormone therapy, and the surgery itself are significant, and we could really use your help to make this possible. If you’re able to contribute, even a small amount, it would mean the world to us. Your support will go directly toward the medical expenses for their transition.

Because of previous support, Charlie was able to begin HRT! Unfortunately, top surgery remains out of reach due to the financial strain. This feels unattainable but it would be absolutely life changing to help Charlie obtain this surgery. He is the kindest and most selfless person I know. Because of this, I’m taking the leap to begin fundraising for his surgery as a surprise. The insane cost of this surgery is absolutely daunting, but I owe it to him to try everything.
