Support Charlie Bencivenga's Stroke Recovery

My brother, Charlie Bencivenga had a significant stroke on Sunday 1/19/25. His wife found him unconscious outside and he was immediately transferred to the hospital for emergency brain surgery. Charlie is experiencing significant right side paralysis and speech and memory issues.

Charles does not have medical insurance and is being denied a rehabilitation stay. He will be discharged from the hospital less than a week after the stroke and brain surgery. His wife, Diana and he will need to pay out of pocket for all medicine, Dr's visits, medical equipment and rehabilitation services when he is discharged later this week. His wife has significant medical issues that will make caregiving a challenge. Charles and Diana also help support their granddaughter and two special needs great grandsons.

Charlie and Diana have always been generous with time and resources. Anything you can do to help them in this challenging time will be greatly appreciated.
