Hi everyone,

We’ve created this page for our dad, Charlie Chaisson, who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. As he prepares to begin treatment in St. John’s, we’re doing everything we can to support him—and we’re reaching out to those who know and care about him to join us in that effort.

Our dad is one of the most caring, down-to-earth people you could ever meet. He’s always been quick to help others and never asks for anything in return. Now, he’s facing a difficult road ahead, and we want to help ease some of the burden.

While he does have some benefits to help with medical care, they don’t cover everything. Being away from home and unable to work during treatment brings added financial stress. The funds raised here will help support him through this time and allow him to focus on healing.
