Help Charles's Urgent Medical Needs

Dear friends and fam,

To say 2024 has been a rather difficult year is an understatement.

After finally landing a new job, I took a fall while out of town and tore my left quad tendon, requiring immediate surgery.

My current insurance is a COBRA holdover from a temp position that barely covers doctor's checkups. Signing up for my state's ACA won't help as it doesn't kick in until January 2025.

The only option is paying out of pocket, which requires a full upfront payment.

Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't ask for assistance. But I'm just recovering financially after several months of unemployment. Any amount you can spare will help.
