Support Charles' Journey to Heart Recovery

Hello my name is Charles Saunders I was diagnosed with scleroderma (autoimmune disease) in 2013 it has started effecting my organs and about a year ago I was also diagnosed with congestive heart failure and was supposed to have valve replacement last November but I had to postpone it due to having to keep working to support my family In the end of June of this year I came home from being an over the road truck driver I wasn't feeling well and had to go to the hospital in which they admitted me and I was in severe AFib and found out it's not just one valve bad in my heart but 2 I have been in and out of the hospital since do to the AFiB and lung issues and I have multiple doctors appointments that I have to go to so I can be cleared for heart surgery on August 18th I am the sole provider for my fiancé and grandson my fiance is unable to work because of her health we both have applied for disability but it's not been approved yet. We have used everything we had saved to keep our home and utilities on but there is no more savings left and we could really use the help just to be able to manage our basic needs until I can get back to work the doctor said my recovery will be at least 4-8 weeks if everything goes well if you can help in anyway possible it will be truly appreciated even if it is just sharing this with others that possibly could help we have exhausted all of the trustees help and resources that we know please share thanks in advance for any help
