Charles “Bub” Porter was in an accident on a dirt bike that resulted in a severe brain injury. He had to have part of his skull removed due to a brain bleed. He is currently in ICU awaiting a second surgery to be able to fuse his skull back together. He is expected to spend at least 2 more weeks in ICU. The extent of damage is unknown at this time, as he has not been off of sedation. Following the second surgery he will be transferred to a rehabilitation facility to begin making his recovery, whatever that may entail as we are unsure which parts of his brain have been affected. This could take months.

Several have asked how they could help Charles during this time so we have started this to help with the expenses his family has while he is out of work. If you do not want to contribute this way, we will accept cash donations on his behalf at the Rock Solid office. If you would rather provide a meal or help with groceries for his family please reach out to us & we will get you in touch with January to coordinate that. Anything is greatly appreciated. We love Charles & just want to help him in his time of need.
