This is truly the hardest thing to do. I am the wife of Charles Bayne, he is known by his family and friends as Chucky. Charles is 64 years old and from Baltimore. At the age of 43, Chucky was diagnosed with heart disease and became permanently disabled. For 21 years, he managed that illness. He tried to do the things that he loved: gardening, fishing on shore and in his boat, cooking, and camping in the Green Ridge Forest. But the thing he enjoyed the most was spending time with his family and friends. Whether it was camping, having a cookout, or just gathering with everyone, he was the life of the party. Over the years, he faced many illnesses that were life-threatening, but he proved to be a fighter. The last few months, his condition worsened and his heart grew weaker. The doctors told us they cannot do anything more for him; his heart is too weak and it's time to prepare for his end of life.
I need help with his final expenses. I lost my job in April and I haven't been able to find another one. We lived paycheck to paycheck, barely scraping by. I have no savings and no resources to take care of him with dignity. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. God bless.
