My name is Charles Finch, and I never imagined I’d be in this position. Just one week after losing my 19-year-old son, I was struck by a car while walking as a pedestrian. The accident left me wheelchair bound for the next 12 to 24 months, and I’m now facing the challenge of making ends meet while I recover and try to rebuild my life. Dealing with my sons untimely passing is beyond explaining and now being literally disabled and wheelchair bound with 2 broken arms, a broken leg and foot, broken pelvis with titanium plate permanently implanted I'm unable to do simple things like wash dishes or open a soft drink as of yet
The financial strain has been overwhelming. I am unable to work currently and have only limited family left and am struggling to cover my medical and pharmacy bills, as well as basic utilities like power and water. Every day is a challenge, but I am determined to heal and get back on my feet so I can support myself again.
To anyone who is able to give, I appreciate your effort—especially knowing how tough times are for everyone right now. Your kindness and generosity will go directly toward my healing process and help me get through this difficult chapter. God bless you for any support you can offer.
