We are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts to share the story of our beloved mother and grandmother Charlene Guldbrandsen , who has recently been faced with the unimaginable. Following a series of health concerns, she has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma of the lung. This news has been a devastating blow to our family, as she is the cornerstone of our lives—the one who has always been there to guide her children and spoil her grandchildren with endless love.

​The reality of this diagnosis is incredibly difficult: without treatment, doctors have estimated she may only have 6 to 9 months with us. However, with the help of intensive chemotherapy and radiation, there is hope to extend that precious time to 1 or 2 years. Our goal is to give her every possible second to create more memories, hold her grandbabies, and see the milestones she has always dreamed of witnessing. And just simply have her with us as long as we possibly can because we are not ready to face a life without her yet.

​As she begins this grueling fight, the weight of medical expenses, travel for treatments, and daily care is mounting rapidly.
