With heavy hearts, we share that Charity Faith O’Neal (Ensley), age 44, passed away on June 28th in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Charity was the most selfless and giving person we knew. She loved her children more than anything and gave her heart freely to anyone in need. Her compassion, laughter, and kindness touched so many lives, and now it’s our turn to honor her memory with the dignity and love she deserves.

Charity is survived by her children, Adrian and Aden, her beloved granddaughter Gracelynn O’Neal, her parents Patricia Fowler and Earnest Ensley, and her grandparents Dorothy King and C.L. Fowler.

We’re asking for help to cover funeral and memorial expenses, so we can give Charity a proper goodbye and help ease the financial burden on her children and family during this incredibly difficult time.

Our beloved Charity just 44 years old, is currently in the fight of her life and remains on life support after a sudden and tragic medical crisis. As we stand by her side, praying for a miracle, we are also facing the emotional and financial weight of this unimaginable situation.

In the midst of uncertainty, we are beginning to prepare for any outcome, including the possibility of funeral and memorial expenses should the worst happen. This is not easy to say, and it is even harder to plan for—but we want to be ready to honor her with the dignity and love she so deeply deserves if that time comes.
