Support our team for the Sport Dans la Ville Tournament

Dear Friends and Families,

As we did last year, seven of my friends and I will be participating in a soccer tournament on October 25th to contribute in raising money for “Sport dans la Ville”.

A France based charity Sport dans la Ville empowers youngsters from underprivileged neighborhoods by using sports as a tool for personal and professional development. Additionally, this organization helps young children acquire important values such as teamwork and perseverance, while also building confidence and important life skills in its participants.

With 80 sports centers across France, Sport dans la Ville has helped 13,000 children in 2024.

In addition to its work in France, Sport dans la Ville has also established many contacts here in the US, including partnerships with similar charities in New York, Boston and Chicago. Moreover, this international initiative helps French participants benefit from an international network through annual boot camps in the US and programs where they can learn English.

Sport dans la ville is also planning to organize an international Youth Festival in Boston during the FIFA World Cup. Stay tuned!

18 teams will participate in the soccer tournament on October 25th which will help Sport dans la Ville fund more of their activities for the benefit of participants both in the US and in France. Last year we reached the quarter final, a very strong achievement as we were on the youngest team on the field and certainly the most gender balanced

We raised $2,000k in 2024 and we hope that we can raise this level to $3,500k in 2025. We are coming to you today to ask you if you could help us reach this goal with your generous contribution.
