This is one of the hardest things I have ever had to write.

My best friend, Channy (Kim) long, has been courageously fighting cancer and is currently continuing treatment. While navigating ongoing rounds of chemotherapy, she is also balancing the many responsibilities that come with a serious illness and being a devoted mother.

Many of you may remember a previous fundraiser we shared earlier in her fight. These funds were used entirely for medical expenses, daily living costs during treatment, and keeping life as stable as possible for her and her children during an incredibly difficult time. Unfortunately, cancer does not pause expenses—and new and unavoidable needs have continued to arise.

At this stage, we are raising funds to help with:

Legal fees to ensure important documents and wishes are properly in place

Future planning and arrangements, so financial stress does not fall on her family

Support for her children, to help provide stability, care, and resources during this time

No mother should have to worry about paperwork, finances, or logistics while actively undergoing treatment. Our hope is to ease those burdens so she can focus her energy on healing, spending time with her children, and taking things one day at a time.

If you are able to donate, share, or simply keep her family in your thoughts, it means more than words can express. Every contribution—no matter the size—helps create breathing room during an incredibly heavy season.
