Support Chanel and Zach's Family in Their Time of Loss

Chanel and Zach welcomed their second born on Sunday, May 19th 2024. Their baby passed away hours later on this same day. Chanel labored and naturally delivered preterm at Tampa General Hospital under the watchful, protective eye of her midwife, the loving, angelic support of her doula, and through the grace of God.

This fund intends to support their family as they navigate their loss. Chanel is a subcontractor and small home business owner in the field of healing and movement. Her work is based in Tampa, FL spanning for a near decade across many studios, facilities, and schools, locally and abroad with thousands of students. Outside of her husband and son, her passion is assisting others, especially women, on their path to personal freedom and self-actualization through the utilization of yoga, sound, breath, and community building. She believes healing is a birthright for all.

Chanel does not earn leave or benefits while on maternity or bereavement leave. Supporting in this way would allow Chanel to recover her body from pregnancy and birth and for her family to grieve without a timeline in the immediate weeks and months to come. Funds also offset the unexpected costs associated with after life services to memorialize their child and acquiring child care for their infant son while processing a new way of life.
