I am Irene Vargas, but everyone knows me as Dolly. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my beloved mother, Mahadaye Bisoon well known as Chandra. My mother will be deeply missed by all of children, grandchildren, family and friends. She brought so much love and light into our lives. It is a very painful moment for our family right now, and we are trying to arrange for the funeral.

We want to give my mother, Chandra, a respectful service that celebrates who she was and how much she was loved.
