Chai fractured her tibia and separated her patella bone, resulting in her needing surgery to prevent further inflammation and potential arthritis, and provide the best possible opportunity for her to fully heal and have full function of her back leg. Unfortunately, the surgery is going to cost roughly $10,000. As most of my family and friends know, i’m currently in college and working days that I don’t have class to support myself. This situation, however, is going to be a tough journey, but I know that at the end of the day, everything will work out.
