Hello everyone,
I know this is a hard time of year for everyone. I have reached out to lawyers, insurance companies, and every possible thought you have; I have probably already done it. unfortunately due to the holiday many places will be end delayed for assisting me in the situation and I may lose a job expected to start on Monday and that will in turn cause me and my little ones with no income to pay for out-of-pocket costs of the accident as well as any immediate needs we may have. This past Saturday at 2:24 a.m., I was hit by a drunk driver and my vehicle was totaled. I was actually on my way home from work. I was supposed to start a new job this past Monday that is a career goal of mine. Unfortunately, due to the accident, I have not been able to, and the insurance companies are giving me the runaround, waiting for a statement from the person that hit me to move forward, even with my lawyer involved. My family and I could be looking at the risk of an eviction and most likely worse, all because of a wrong decision someone made. If you can find it in your heart to even spare a dollar, I am just trying to come up with funds to cover any out-of-pocket costs due to the accident as well as any immediate funds that will be needed to provide for my kiddos.
