Hi everyone. My name is Chad Carmouche. I recently became sober and completed rehab. During that process, my Mom became ill and subsequently passed away. I am in California and she is in Louisiana. I came to California to get sober, and succeeded. My Mom never got to see me in person in my sobriety before she died. Now I may miss her memorial service in Louisiana because I don't have the funds to travel from California to Louisiana. That's what this Go Fund Me is about: obtaining the funds to be present at my Mom's memorial, and to then return to California. I am on a fixed disability income, so this is why I humbly ask for help.
