On the night of July 3rd, my brother Chad was tragically struck by a car. The accident left him with severe injuries, including facial fractures, a traumatic brain injury, and bleeding in his brain. When he arrived at the hospital, he wasn’t breathing on his own and had to be placed on life support.
In the days that followed, Chad showed moments of strength—he was even able to breathe on his own again and speak briefly, bringing hope to our family. But his condition remains incredibly fragile. The bleeding in his brain has worsened, and doctors are monitoring him closely for signs of neurological decline. His heart rate has dropped dangerously low, which has made life-saving surgery too risky for now.
As of today, Chad is still awake, but in critical condition. His medical team has placed a PICC line to give him powerful medications to relieve pressure in his brain, and they continue to do everything they can to stabilize him.

Why We Need Your Help
Chad is fighting for his life, and our family is doing everything we can to stay by his side. The costs of hospital care, transportation, time off work, and potential long-term rehabilitation are overwhelming. We’re asking for help to make sure Chad has every chance to recover—and to help relieve the financial burden on our family during this unimaginable time.
Anything you can give—whether it’s a donation, a share, or a prayer—means the world to us. Thank you for being part of Chad’s fight. We love him so much, and we’re holding onto hope.
