Support Chad Smith's Fight for Stability

Hello Everyone,
My cousin Chad Smith is like a brother to me, and he and his family are going through an incredibly difficult time.
Chad was diagnosed with diabetes some time ago, and his condition has worsened significantly. He now suffers from severe neuropathy, causing extreme pain and swelling in his legs and feet—often leaving him unable to walk. Despite trying multiple jobs, the pain has made it impossible for him to maintain steady employment. He’s in the process of applying for disability but has already been denied twice.
Recently, Chad was rushed to the St. Cloud Emergency Room and spent a week hospitalized due to dangerously high blood sugar levels. Complications from the flu led to him being placed on a ventilator. We are so grateful that he pulled through and is still with us today.
This has taken a huge toll on his family. Chad and his wife, Katie, relied on two incomes. Now, with Chad unable to work, Katie is working two jobs just to stay afloat. They're currently three months behind on their mortgage, five months behind on utilities, and are being overwhelmed by daily collection calls and mounting medical bills.
I’m reaching out in hopes of easing some of their burden and helping them keep their home. Any support you can give—whether financial, emotional, or simply sharing this message—is deeply appreciated.
Thank you so much for your kindness.
