Support Chad as he fights his battle against cancer

As many of my friends and family know, but some may not, I have been diagnosed with stage 4 blood cancer and multiple myeloma. I found out because I caught myself from falling and it fractured my T1 vertebrae. When they scanned to see what caused it to break, we found out the cancer was also in my T2, T3, and T6. They did a bone marrow biopsy on my hip, wanting to see how it's affecting healthy bones, and we found out it's in my healthy bones too.

Any support that can be offered would be greatly appreciated. I will need money for bills while I am unable to work and am waiting on social security. I will also need money for transportation to and from appointments and even help with groceries and other household needs. Any amount will truly help in this time of need.
