UPDATE **We’re finally home ❤️ Chachi is officially out of the ICU and starting his recovery journey. It’s been a tough few weeks, but he’s making progress one day at a time. Only 3 weeks ago David (Chachi ) my 6 year old son walked across the stage in his little green cap and gown, grinning from ear to ear. He had just graduated kindergarten, ready for summer fun.

Now, he’s in the ICU—unable to walk, barely able to talk—fighting a rare brain illness called ADEM that attacked him out of nowhere. One day he was full of life… the next, everything changed.

We’re still in the thick of it.

It’s been days of doctors, prayers, exhaustion, and endless love. Watching your baby suffer and not being able to fix it is a pain no parent should ever know.
