If you know Cesar you know what a kind, caring, welcoming, first to show up for others kind of person he is. Now more than ever Cesar and his family need your support.

In early November while Cesar was being treated for a work-related injury doctors located a small mass on his left lung. What started as a follow up appointment quickly became a series of appointments, scans and a biopsy. On December 17th the results came back positive for stage 3 ALK Lung Cancer. The diagnosis has been overwhelming for Cesar and his family and is something no one is ever prepared to hear.

On January 22, 2026, Cesar went in for surgery to have the mass, a portion of his lower left lung and several nearing lymph nodes removed. Since then, Cesar has been recovering at home and is being cared for by his loving wife Sandra and their four children Elijah, Adam, Faith and Leah. While Cesar and his family are holding close to their faith the fight is far from over; In March Cesar will begin chemotherapy that will run its course through June.

This diagnosis has changed everything for Cesar, Sandra and their children. If you know Cesar and Sandra, you know the kind of individuals they are and all the wonderful things they represent. They have built their family on love, faith and the support of one another. They are welcoming to everyone they come across and have consistently shown up for those around them. Now is the time we show up for them!!

Cancer has not just affected Cesars health it has affected every part of his life, and the stress of mounting expenses should not be part of Cesars battle.
