Hi, my name is Reggie. On behalf of my wife Ruby, and her sisters Rhoda and Rox, I’m reaching out to our family, friends and community to help support my father-in-law, Cesar Galang (known to his kids and grandkids as Pa, Pops, or Papa Beard).

Pops recently suffered a heart attack and is currently at the Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City. To stabilize his heart, he requires an angioplasty procedure, stent placement, and pacemaker implantation.

The Situation

Pops is currently on a waiting list to receive the operation. In the Philippines, these procedures and medical hardware are largely out-of-pocket expenses. While we're actively petitioning for government assistance, the process is slow, and daily costs for monitoring, medication, and hospital fees continue to grow as he waits.
