Centennial Academy’s Science Olympiad Club is a thriving, student-driven program that challenges scholars to think critically, collaborate effectively, and apply STEM knowledge in real-world ways. Through hands-on build events, problem-solving challenges, and rigorous academic preparation, our scholars are learning what it truly means to be scientists and engineers.

Last year, our middle school Science Olympiad team earned 1st Place at the Urban Schools Initiative Regional Competition at Emory University and advanced to the Georgia State Competition at the University of Georgia—a tremendous accomplishment that reflects the dedication, talent, and hard work of our scholars.

With your support, we hope to repeat—and build upon—this success.

This year marks an exciting new chapter as we have expanded the program to include an Elementary Science Olympiad Club for 4th and 5th grade students, allowing us to spark a love for STEM even earlier and build a strong pipeline of future competitors.

Funds raised will be used to:

Purchase materials for hands-on build events

Science Field Trips to further hands on learning

Cover transportation costs to competitions

Provide food during practices and competition days

Purchase team sweatshirts to foster unity and school pride
