I am reaching out to share that my family is going through a very difficult time and we are in need of support. As a disabled single mother of three, I am facing a challenging situation regarding our housing.

Starting April 1st, 2026, my rent will increase by $470. This increase comes at a difficult time, as I am scheduled for a major jaw surgery on March 25th—a procedure I have waited nine years to receive due to a drunk driver who was texting. I've suffered from not being able to open my normal all these years with other sever medical issues. My recovery will take at least two months, during which I will be unable to look for a new home or manage a move.

Because of my disability and our month-to-month financial struggles, I do not have the funds for a security deposit, nor am I physically able to move our belongings without professional help.

I am seeking assistance with the following:

- Covering the rent increase until I am recovered enough to move.

- Costs for hiring professional movers and a truck.

- Funds for a security deposit on a new, more affordable home.
