I am reaching out for help after the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa, which tore through my community and left behind unimaginable damage.

My father's home was severely damaged during the storm — the roof was compromised, and extensive flooding and water damage spread through the interior of the house. Walls, floors, and personal belongings were soaked and destroyed within hours. What was once a safe and welcoming home is now unlivable and in need of major repairs.

In addition to the property loss, the aftermath has been emotionally and financially overwhelming.
