Hello,

We’re Céci and Cami Rose, and we’re pursuing careers in musical theater. Singing, dancing, and acting are our passions, and we have worked diligently at developing our talents our entire lives, starting at age 2. We are competitive academic honor students on the path to becoming performance triple threats.

In addition to rigorous academic honors courses, Céci is a university student pursuing a BFA in Musical Theater, and Cami Rose is a high school student studying dance, voice, and acting while preparing to apply to Musical Theater programs at universities across the country.

Sharing our art brings us joy. In this, we find our reasons for being. Performing on stage and connecting with a live audience provides an almost indescribable feeling, a phenomenal avenue to communicate through the characters we portray as we tell their stories. As we work to create something beautiful and meaningful, we can also express ourselves, revealing who we are, and relating a bit of our own stories. Even though social interaction can be a challenge for both of us, something about being onstage allows us to connect with fellow performers and the audience to tell a story.

It has been our dream to travel abroad and study in Germany at the prestigious International Performing Arts Institute. We are pleased to announce that our joint application to this competitive program for this summer was accepted! This is a much-needed experience for us. We will be able to study in a focused environment, expanding our horizons and creating a firm foundation for a long and successful career in a very competitive field. This novel opportunity will allow us to make new connections and will provide us with beneficial instruction from renowned professors in voice, dance, and acting.

We are honored to have received partial scholarships of $2400.00 each. However, the tuition plus room and board, including two meals per day, is $6900 per student, and final payments are due July 5th. So, we are on a mission to fund the balance of our tuition plus the third meal per day, round-trip airfare to Germany, hotel accommodations for one day prior and one day after the program to accommodate our travel schedule, local transportation, required headshots, new dance shoes, and other performance equipment, and voice coaching to prepare the necessary music before arrival as is required.
