For years, Cecilia was the heart of our police department. As a retired Police Records Technician of over 20 years, she selflessly helped everyone in the department, always going the extra mile to make sure things ran smoothly. Every morning, she would arrive early, making coffee for the officers and staff at her own expense, just to make their day a little easier. She was a constant source of support and kindness.

Now, Cece is facing a heartbreaking loss. The recent Palisades Fire destroyed her home, leaving her with nothing. As an elderly woman who lives alone, she has no family to turn to and is now trying to repair her life from the ground up.
