Who Is Responsible for the Expenses
All funds will be managed and distributed by me, Regina Burnley, President of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Sacramento. I will withdraw the donations through my verified U.S. GoFundMe account and personally travel to Cebu to oversee the delivery of aid and the start of rebuilding efforts.
While in Cebu, I will work directly with trusted local coordinators, barangay officials, and church-based volunteer teams who are helping families most affected by the earthquake.
I will maintain full documentation of how every dollar is spent and share regular updates, photos, and receipts here on this GoFundMe page to ensure complete transparency and accountability.
How Donations Will Reach the Recipients
Once funds are withdrawn, I will:
Travel personally to Cebu to coordinate relief and rebuilding projects with local leaders and volunteers.
Deliver funds and purchase relief goods such as food, water, and construction materials directly in affected areas.
Oversee and document the distribution process to ensure all donations reach the intended recipients.
Post updates and progress reports with photos so donors can see the real impact of their generosity.
