Hello, my name is Thirza Zenthoefer. I’m a mom of 2 now living in the U.S., but I was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines — the place I will always call home.
Recently, Cebu was struck by a powerful earthquake (6.9 magnitude). Families have lost their homes. Many are without food, clean water, and safe shelter. As relief efforts pour in for food and water, one group is quietly suffering: the babies.
As a mother, I can’t stop thinking about them — completely dependent on their parents, many of whom have lost everything. They urgently need diapers, baby formula, and wipes — basic items that are often overlooked during disaster relief, but so critical for a baby's health and comfort.
That’s why I’m launching this fundraiser — to help babies in Cebu get the care they need and deserve.
Why This Fundraiser Matters
Babies have specific needs, and in disaster zones, baby essentials are often forgotten:
Diapers to stay clean and avoid infections
Formula to stay nourished when breastfeeding isn’t possible
Wipes to keep clean when there's no running water
I’m proud to say that I have a trusted family member — my brother — who is currently in Cebu. Once funds are raised, I will send them directly to him, and he will:
✅ Buy the supplies locally
✅ Deliver them directly to families in need
✅ Send back photos and updates for full transparency
This is community helping community — just real people helping real families.
Where Your Donations Will Go:
100% of the funds raised will go directly toward purchasing and delivering:
• Diapers (newborn to toddler sizes)
• Baby formula
• Baby wipes and basic hygiene items
Donation Impact:
• $10 – One week of diapers for a baby
• $25 – One can of infant formula
• $50 – One month of diapers and wipes
• $100 – Full baby care kit for one family
No amount is too small — truly. Every dollar counts.
If you are unable to donate, there are still other ways to help!
1 Share – Please spread the word by sharing this with friends, family, and your community.

The Cebuanos need your care and support now more than ever.
Thank you for reading.
With love,
Thirza
