Catrina was diagnosed with stage 2 bladder cancer in April, of this year. Because of the complexities of her insides, they are going to be removing her bladder, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, and possibly her right kidney and a section of her bowels. The surgery, treatments, and various other scans and appointments will be in Portland. Portland is located 4-5 hours north of their home.

Her mother Laurie will be traveling back and forth with her through all of this, as well as other family members at different times.

Her father Dennis also is wanting to take time off for her surgery to help with her and their younger children.

Any help will be greatly appreciated as travel/lodging/food in Portland is not cheap.
