Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

I'm reaching out to ask for your help on behalf of someone incredibly dear to me and to many others too-Cathy Gipner.

Cathy is currently facing one of the biggest challenges of her life: recovering from a meningioma tumor brain surgery (tumor removal), a condition that has left her unable to work and in need of time, care, and financial support.

What is a meningioma tumor?

Meningiomas are tumors that form on the membranes covering the brain and spinal cord. Cathy's is behind her left eye and is nearly an inch in diameter. While often benign (we'll know for sure after the biopsy), they can cause serious and debilitating symptoms depending on their size and location. In Cathy's case, the tumor has led to intense fatigue, cognitive issues, severe headaches, and difficulties with balance and coordination. Tasks that once felt easy to focus on, driving, or even walking have become a daily struggle.

Cathy has always been a strong, vibrant, and hard-working person, but this diagnosis has completely upended her life. While she focuses on healing, she's also facing the stress of lost income, mounting medical expenses, and uncertainty about when she'll be able to return to work. This is where you can make a difference.
