Hello family and friends, I want to let everyone know what's going on with our little family behind the scenes. On May 27, 2025, our granddaughter Catherine was born healthy and happy. On August 6, 2025, she fell very ill and was admitted to Childrens Hospital of Atlanta (CHOA). Several days and tests later, she was diagnosed with a life threatening heart disease (biventricular dilated cardiomyopathy - DCM), a serious heart condition where both ventricles of the heart are enlarged and their pumping function is weakened. Catherine is going to have a procedure to find out if she is a candidate for a heart transplant. As of yesterday 9/14/25, she contracted a bacterial blood infection causing her to go into septic shock that put her on life support.

This has been a very anxious and stressful time for Catherine's parents, Chris and Erin Logsdon. Chris has not been able to work hardly at all, because they have 3 young children at home, CJ (8), Cooper (3 1/2) and Casey age 20 mos. Erin has stayed with Catherine at CHOA 24/7 for the past 30+ days.

We are reaching out to our family and friends to ask for prayers for healing Catherine, and donations that will go towards Erin & Chris's monthly bills, medical bills, gas, groceries and rent. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
