This GoFundMe page is being created on behalf of the Carrasco Family and their fearless daughter Cataleya.

Cataleya (Cat) Carrasco is a resilient 10 year old who is currently battling against a mass that was found in her brain.

On Friday January 12th the Carrasco family's life was turned upside down. Cataleya was taken to the emergency room for headaches and persistent vomiting. This same day they were told that Cataleya has a large brain mass. She went into surgery on Monday January 15th that lasted between 12 - 16 hours in order to remove the tumor from her brain.

At this time Cataleya is beginning her recovery process from surgery as she continues to fight the large mass found in her brain. The Carrasco family have been a very important staple to the community through soccer. They have helped many children continue to pursue a passion in soccer as they have been leaders of Revolution FC LBK and fostered the development of several teams ranging in ages 4 to age 10. The Carrasco family have given so much of their time and effort to help so many families around them and have never once asked for anything in return. Even as their baby girl Cataleya faces every obstacle resulting from the tumor, they have only requested prayers as Cat continues to show her strength and fight in every moment of this battle.
