Castaic Girls Flag Football needs your help!
Donation protected

The Hart School District has approved Varsity Girls Flag Football starting in the Fall of 2025. This is an exciting time for girls' sports as flag football has been one of the fastest-growing sports over the past half-decade. Flag football has been adopted as a new competitive sport for the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028 and is now offered as a scholarship sport at several dozen colleges and universities throughout the country. The NFL (National Football League) has been a major supporter and advisor for girls'/women's flag football and is in talks to start a professional flag football league.
With that being said, flag football is entirely financially self-sustaining. The estimated cost for each school's team in the first year is approximately $20,000 - $25,000, which includes equipment, transportation, uniforms, coaching stipends, game officials, etc.
Castaic High School and our Castaic community deserve a competitive and well-funded team. With close to 50 student-athletes from an array of different backgrounds and other sports interested in participating in this varsity-level sport, the time is now to donate and help our girls realize a dream! 100% of the funds will go toward the Castaic High School Girls Flag Football team and operating costs (minus taxes & fees).
Thank you so much !
