Cassini came into our lives on November 27, 2020 as a Black Friday giveaway at the Fulton County Animal Shelter. After delivering a litter of puppies and spending 6 months in the shelter, we brought her home and made a point of spoiling her rotten. Our family has been so incredibly blessed to have had 5 amazing years with her, and we are looking forward to many more.

Unfortunately, Cassini has unexpectedly become very ill and truthfully, we’re not really sure why. Within the past week, she’s increasingly lost her appetite and become lethargic, and we’ve already undergone two ER visits, a hospital stay and quite a bit of testing to get to the bottom of it, but we’ve gotten very few answers so far. Our veterinarian has recommended a few more diagnostics to get a clearer picture.

I am in an unthinkable position - the financial realities of this level of veterinary care are more than we can afford. There is more we have to do to save our girl, and our resources are well past their limit.

I know that times are tough and the holidays are upon us, but I’m hopeful there might be some animal lovers out there that might be looking for a pup to spoil this holiday season.
