Hello, friends and family. We never imagined being in the position of asking for help like this, but after more than two years of constant health struggles, my daughter, Cassie, has reached the point of not being able to do this alone.
Back in February of 2020 Cassie underwent a nasal polyp removal procedure. It was a huge change for her health temporarily. Before the surgery she felt congested a lot and had practically no sense of smell. The surgery helped to open her airways and be able to smell again, but only for around 3 years. It has been over two years, she’s been dealing with severe sinus problems, once again, that never seem to give her a break. Every single day she feels congested, blocked, and inflamed. Simple things like sleeping through the night, breathing clearly, exercising, or even focusing at work have become a daily challenge. She’s tried countless medications, treatments, and home remedies, but nothing has given her lasting relief.
After seeing different specialists and undergoing evaluations, she’s been told that surgery is the only real solution. This procedure will open her sinuses, restore normal airflow, and finally allow her to live without the constant congestion that has taken over her life.
The problem is the cost. The surgery, hospital fees, anesthesia, and follow-up care come to around $4000, which is far beyond what she can manage on her own right now. She’s been doing everything she can to save and cover part of the cost, but she simply cannot reach the full amount without help.
This is why I’ve created this fundraiser. Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward her surgery and recovery. Even sharing this page with others will make a huge difference.
These past two years have been incredibly difficult — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Living with constant congestion has made her feel consistently lousy. Your support means more to her than we can ever express, and we’re deeply grateful to anyone who can help her take this step toward healing.
Thank you for reading her story, and thank you from the bottom of our heart for your kindness and generosity.
