Just one week ago, our dear friends Cassie and Sam brought home a tiny bundle of love—baby Ester, a sweet and playful kitten who instantly became part of the family. But joy quickly turned to fear when, on Thursday, Ester was rushed to the emergency vet and diagnosed with severe pneumonia.

She’s been in the ER ever since, fighting hard with the help of round-the-clock veterinary care. At such a young age, Ester is facing an incredibly tough battle—but she’s showing so much strength. Her family is doing everything they can to save her, but the cost of emergency treatment is quickly adding up and becoming more than they can handle alone.
