Hi friends and family, I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but life has thrown me an unexpected challenge. I recently suffered a stroke and have been advised to take time off work to recover. While I’m incredibly grateful that it wasn’t worse and that I’m here healing, I’ll be out of work for at least 5 days, which puts me in a difficult spot financially.

As many of you know, I work hard and normally would never ask for help, but medical expenses and missed income are adding up quickly.
