When Caleb was invited by his good friend, Joey, to join a missions trip to Honduras, I felt called to go with him. Sometimes we are called to be supporters, and sometimes we are called to be the hands and feet and go. For years, our family has been financial supporters of Dream Big Honduras, a mission started by a local Pine Richland family to support the basic needs of nutrition, schooling, connection, and sharing Jesus with students and families. Now, it’s clear that we are meant to take the next step and serve in person.

Caleb has such a soft heart and a willingness at such a young age to serve others. As his mom, I want him to catch a fire in his heart to live a life that serves others for the purpose of sharing Jesus. This trip is an opportunity for Caleb and me to help make a difference in the lives of children and families in Honduras. The funds we raise will help cover our travel costs, provide supplies for donation, and support Dream Big Honduras as a whole. We are excited to join this mission, connect with the community, and share hope and the love of Jesus with those we meet.
