Support Cass and Felipe's Relocation, Post-Hurricane
Donation protected
Felipe and Cass were renting a home near the French Broad River. On Sept. 27, 2024, Hurricane Helene arrived at their front door. They lost their home and are urgently seeking to relocate to an apartment.
Funds will be used to assist with the move and replace damaged items from their home. Specific needs include: moving assistance, a security deposit for a new apartment, and furniture, like mattresses, a bed, and kitchen essentials that were swept away by the flood. Any amount would be immensely appreciated.
Cass and Felipe are advocates for their community and need to get stable housing for them and their two young boys, so they can recenter their energies on helping Asheville recover from this nightmare.
