Hi! My name is Finn, and I am a college student. My sweet baby boy, Casper, was unfortunately born with short arms, and his right paw is sideways with regards to his arm. Unfortunately, to fix this, he has to have surgery, and I was estimated about $7,000. I have pet insurance, but they will only cover about $2,000 of the surgery. Anything would help, as he is in constant pain and I am extremely worried about him.
