This is my dog, Casper.
Recently, he had to go into surgery as he had a buildup of bladder stones in his urethra that were preventing him from peeing properly. He was in a lot of pain, and if we waited any longer, he likely wouldn’t have made it through the night.
Unfortunately, due to my family’s financial situation, this surgery would have cost us a lot of our savings, as we don’t have a lot of money to spend on things like this.
That being said, this dog is a member of our family, and has been for over a decade at this point. He and his sister were our first dogs, and I didn’t want to say goodbye to him just yet.
He’s always been there for us, making us laugh and smile, and now it’s our turn to be there for him.
