Support Cason Ash’s Family after Stroke
Donation protected
As some of you may already know, on June 18th, 2025 my husband Cason went to TMH because he was having stroke like symptoms (we left straight from his doctor's office to the hospital). He had both types of strokes.
He was in the ICU from the 18th-23rd, and then we went to an outpatient rehab hospital from June 24th-July 4th.
During this time Cason has been unable to work due to complications from his stroke- he has double blurry vision, balance issues, and some short term memory troubles. He hasn’t been cleared to drive post stroke either.
He will be going to therapy a few times a week for the next few weeks and we hope he recovers stronger than before. He made it through cancer in 2020 (right in the middle of the pandemic) so I know that we can get through this too.
Many people have asked how they can help, or if they can assist us in any way, and I’m not one to typically ask for help, I normally just move things around and make it work- but its getting tight on money. We had savings that got us through this past month, but moving forward we could use any help financially- until cason can return to work.
I really would like to say thank you to everyone who has reached out or called or stopped by. I appreciate all the love and support we have, and some would say we are truly blessed just because of that. I’m so thankful for my family and friends and couldn’t get through this life without you all.
