A few weeks ago, our little town of Cashion received some difficult news: our dedicated school staff would not be receiving the annual stipend they have counted on for several years. This stipend has always been a small way to recognize the incredible work our teachers, administrators, aides, custodians, and support staff do for our children. They pour their hearts into our kids every single day, creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for learning and growth.

As a community, we believe it’s our turn to give back. The loss of this stipend is especially hard during the holiday season, a time when so many of our staff go above and beyond to make school a magical place. We want to ensure that each staff member feels the appreciation and support they deserve, and that the spirit of giving continues to shine in our town.
