Casey is a well loved police officer for the 17th district of Philadelphia. On May 21, he was in a traumatic motorcycle accident that caused extensive injury to his body. The damages were too much for Casey to withstand, so his family has chosen to let Casey pass with peace. Casey is an organ donor; his organs will be donated at the time of his passing.  All proceeds from this GoFundMe will go directly to Casey's wife and family to help support them.
