Hello, my name is Carter Cowan, and I was recently accepted into the Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE) program. I will be spending my senior year of high school in Argentina, learning the language and culture and building relationships.

The primary goal of Rotary Youth Exchange is providing young people with opportunities to experience a cultural exchange and to develop as leaders who promote peace and justice around the world. I’m honored to have the opportunity to represent the United States as an ambassador abroad.

Given the state of the world, programs like RYE are more important than ever. While this opportunity is life-changing, it also comes with significant costs. I would greatly appreciate any support in helping me participate.
