Carson is a vibrant 18-year-old senior at Cherryville High School. She battled health issues in August 2024 enduring heart failure as a complication of covid. Her body's immune system began attacking itself. Carson's heart recovered and she was back to start her senior year of school and returned to dance within a few months.

Recently, Carson fell ill with the flu and her immune system began attacking her organs again. This time, her heart is not able to recover. She has been placed on the heart transplant list. We pray a donor match will be found quickly, so we can get Carson back to finish her senior year stronger than ever!

Carson is at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, and will not be able to leave until she receives a new heart. Her family is by her side and are unable to work during this time. These funds will go to help them with their bills, food, lodging away from home, and ultimately medical bills as well.

While we cannot fathom what Carson and her family are going through, our community can rally together to support them by easing the stress of any financial burdens so their primary focus can be on their precious daughter.
